RGNCY-0011 (GPR35 Agonist)

SOLD OUT!!  E-mail us at info@reagency.co if you are interested in this product.

GPR35, an orphan rhodopsin-like class A G-protein coupled receptor. While some tyrosine metabolites, and lysophosphatidic acid species have been shown to activate GPR35, the physiological effects of this are far from fully understood, though there is a growing body of evidence to suggest it is important in blood pressure regulation. RGNCY-0011 an exceptionally potent GPR35 agonist (EC50 = 4.45 nM).
